How to apply
Send an application included any others documents that require via email schopetch@git.or.th
In addition, applicants have to pay for registration fees by ONLY organizer account.

After that send your deposit slip via schopetch@git.or.th or fax 02 634 4970, so that all documents and fees have to finish before 15 October 2023.
Conditions
- Applicant who has paid, cannot get any refund for registration fee for any reason.
- Applicant must attend the fair for all 5 days (during 7-11 December 2023 at 10.00-18.00 hrs.)
- No permission for any decorations or changing from the layout provided.
- The institute reserves the right to consider applicant as deemed appropriate in order to comply with the project
objectives and the GIT’s consideration will be final. - If applicant does not comply with any of the conditions, we shall consider to disqualify your next future participation.
Selection and Allocation Booths
- The Fair Organizer reserves the right to consider and allocate the booth location to all participants. The organizer’s
decision is final. - The allocation of booths will be determined based on the following factors: number of booths, date of payment, product
category, the, and submission of booth design/construction. - Applicant cannot transfer some part or whole of booth to other person. In case of violations of terms and conditions,
organizer reserves the right to take any action as deemed appropriate.
