GIT เปิดกิจกรรม “เส้นทางสร้างงานศิลปะบนอัญมณี ของดีเมืองจันท์ ”ดึงช่างฝีมือรุ่นใหม่โชว์ทักษะ ในงานเทศกาลนานาชาติพลอยและเครื่องประดับจันทบุรี 2025

โดยมี นายสุเมธ ประสงค์พงษ์ชัย ผู้อำนวยการสถาบัน เป็นประธานกล่าวเปิดงาน เพื่อส่งเสริมศักยภาพช่างอัญมณีและเครื่องประดับรุ่นใหม่ โดยจังหวัดจันทบุรีถือเป็นแหล่งอัญมณีสำคัญของโลก โดดเด่นด้านงานฝีมือ การออกแบบ และความประณีตของช่างท้องถิ่น แต่ปัจจุบันอุตสาหกรรมอัญมณีไทยกำลังประสบปัญหา ขาดแคลนช่างฝีมือคุณภาพ
